Q.How does buying a condo with us work?
A. For those interested in buying a condo, you have 3 options:
 
1.Search through the active listings online and fill out a request form below the chosen listing.
2.Fill out a general contact form with the specifics of what you are looking for.
3.Call us at 647-989-7517 and let us know what you are looking for.
 
Once we get your information, a condo buying specialist will contact you within 24 hours to set up showings. From there, you can check out several properties, and find the one that suits your needs the best.
 
 
Q. Are there any fees involved?
A. No! Our services are 100% free for buyers. We get compensated directly by the seller.
 
 
Q. Are the prices on the website negotiable?
A. Yes! Once we find the property that you like, we put in an offer, and work out a great deal for you!
 
 
Q. Do we require you to sign any legal paperwork, such as a BRA (Buyer Representation Agreement) ?
A. No! We are 100% confident that our services are the best in the industry. Hence, we do not feel the need to “tie down” our buyers to any legal agreement. We just ask that our buyers share the same commitment and loyalty back to us! 
 
 
Q. What do I need to buy a condo?
A. Typically, you will require three things:
 
1) A minmal downpayment  (5-10%)
2) A good credit score (630+)
3) Proof of employment or source of income

Q. Can you help me get pre-approved for a mortgage at a good rate?

Q. Am I going to be pressured to buy something I do not want?

Q. When should I start looking for a new place?
A. Typically 1-5 Months before you want to move.
